Introducing our Complimentary Alterations Program exclusively for Nocca clients. Perfect your look with our complimentary alteration service.

Requirements:

• Item must be purchased at Nocca. 
• If multiple alterations are needed, they must all be done at the same time. 
• Alterations offer expires 14 days from the delivery or purchase date. 
• The maximum reimbursement amount is $100.
• Exclusions: items not purchased in your size, leather, suede, silk, knitwear, outerwear and beaded, lace, or corset items. 

How it works: 

• Keep all tags on the garment and take it to your favorite tailor.
• If the tailor is confident the necessary changes can be made, Nocca will reimburse the cost of the alteration, up to $100. 
• Email the receipt from the tailor and your order number to customercare@shopnocca.com. The receipt must reference the item being altered and have the tailor's name, address and/or phone number. 
• Upon approval, reimbursement will be made via a digital gift card to Nocca.
